That Green Tinge Is Alive And Spreading
Render is porous and it faces the weather all year. In our climate that means algae, lichen and airborne dirt settle into the surface, and north facing or shaded walls go green first. Black streaking under sills and gutter joints is the next stage.
Scrubbing it or blasting it with a pressure washer is how render gets damaged. Silicone and acrylic renders in particular will blow, crack or go patchy under high pressure, and once the surface is broken the staining comes back twice as fast.

Our Method
Soft Washing Does The Work, Not Pressure
Soft washing means applying a treatment at very low pressure, letting the chemistry break down the organic growth, then rinsing gently. The surface is never stressed, so there is no risk of blowing render or driving water into the wall.
It also reaches what pressure washing cannot. Pressure removes what is on the surface. Soft washing kills the algae and lichen at root and spore level, which is why the finish stays clean for so much longer.
