How the round works and what is included.
Yes, as standard. Frames, sills and glazing bars all get done as part of the window clean, not charged as an extra. A couple of our reviews mention paint spots and cobwebs getting sorted too.
Water put through a filtration system that strips out the minerals in it. Because there is nothing left in the water to leave behind, the glass dries clear rather than spotting, which is what causes that smeary film you get from tap water and a squeegee.
Every four to six weeks keeps them looking consistently good, and quarterly is fine for quieter properties. One of our regulars has the outside of the whole house done every month. There is no contract either way.
